Practice

The law office of Dr. Dietz (kanzlei dr. dietz) specialized in German and international commercial law. In many years during which the founder Dr. Steffen Dietz worked with the international law firm Allen & Overy LLP and in his own practice, he gained broad experience representing clients in a wide variety of transactions.

His primary areas of expertise are German corporate law and domestic and international M&A transactions. His clients at Allen & Overy LLP included many of the largest financial institutions and corporations in Germany and Europe as well as numerous other German and foreign corporations and partnerships.

Since founding his own law firm, he has focused very successfully on advising on commercial law and the implementation of M&A-transactions in medium-sized companies, as evidenced by the large number of closed transactions.
